Sounds Joyful is here to spark a new way of living — one rooted in kindness, connection, and joy. We create safe, welcoming spaces where people don’t just join a community, they shape it. Through shared sound and music experiences, we build real relationships and lasting belonging.

Our Vision
We imagine a world where everyone feels happy, healthy, and connected — where people of all ages and backgrounds come together through joyful, shared experiences.
We use music and sound as tools for connection, building confidence, belonging, and real relationships across communities, workplaces, education settings and beyond.

We choose people who share our values. Our facilitators, collaborators and partners are selected with care – and we support those who aren’t aligned to move on with kindness and clarity.
Above all, joy is mutual. We’re not here to “deliver” joy. We’re part of the communities we work in, and the joy we create is shared, reciprocal and real.
Our Team
As advocates of community, we know that it takes a village to run a group like Sounds Joyful! Just as our sessions embrace and celebrate diversity, so does our team. Every person on our team represents a different aspect of our group and supports decision making at every level. This client-centred approach means that we are able to continually refine and deliver our services according to client need.
