Community Agents embody collaboration. Their work reflects the heart of relational psychology: belonging grows when everyone carries part of the collective rhythm. They are not invisible helpers. They are the steady beat that holds each session together and echoes outward into the wider community.

We can’t control the world outside but we can co-regulate within it. Holding space is not passive. It demands presence, patience and faith in the group’s capacity to find its own rhythm.
